I have qualifications in Sports Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Pilates, Biomechanics, Cellular Release Therapy and I am currently studying Functional medicine. I had the uplift treatment with Lucy which was one of the most calming and relaxing experiences I’ve had. Lucy is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. This particular treatment for me was very grounding, and the techniques used calmed my nervous system. The hour goes too quickly!

I’ve been visiting Lucy for a few months now and every time my treatment is personalised to my specific needs. Lucy’s considerable knowledge, experience and range of therapeutic solutions is extensive. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone seeking to improve their wellbeing through therapeutic treatments.
