To me, Soft Tissue Therapy is more than just easing tension. It's about listening to your body, understanding the root of pain and helping people to move and live with greater freedom. I hold a Level 5 Extended Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and a BSc in Psychology which fuelled my passion for understanding how the body and mind works.
