Katie really listened to what I wanted. We were finished within the 3 hour window. As it was the first time she had done my colour, I was assured I could return for a quick touch up if I felt there was not enough blonde. The cut was really lovely. The salon has a relaxed, calm vibe and is visually appealing. Appeared to be a good feeling between staff. Appreciated no pressure to buy products. Very happy. Will definitely come back!
