Kate is a great massage therapist! She always helps my back pain which I suffer from on a daily basis. I’ve also struggled with a sports injury to my arm and she continues to help heal me and take away the pain. I always feel so relaxed after I see her. I recommend her highly.!

The Massage One Wellness is easy to get to with plenty of free parking. The business is very clean and well run. My massage therapist Kate was amazing and really did a great job working on several areas that were hurting from swimming.

Kate is a great massage therapist. She always helps my back and neck. I came in today with a sore injured arm from working out. She really helped the pain. I highly recommend her!!
