Kat's knowledge about how the human body works is amazing, I've been in a couple of times now and Kat has sorted everything out with ease and professionalism. She knows which pressure points help what injury and can fix them straight away. Would highly recommend for any sports person or gym goer with any niggling issues, Kat is a magician! Would highly recommend Kat.

I had a series of 6 sessions including a rehab programme to help my sciatica. Kat was very knowledgeable and professional and I can honestly say that my sciatica is back under control.
