I am currently completing my (LMT) certification. As a lifelong athlete, I’ve always understood the importance of self-care and recovery. I am particularly interested in focusing on deep tissue and sports massage, with the goal of helping active. stay mobile, recover effectively, and continue doing what they love. Jason was pleasant and smooth hands with just the right pressure and checking in with me. I felt much relief overall afterward. The venue is a great setting as well. Only suggestion I would add is on transitioning (sheet placement, side to side, head cradle, bumper/pillow, etc), I think if he just went intuitively he would nail it, thanks so much!
