Really pleased with my deep tissue sports massage with Grace. She was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing and why it needed to be done, which I found really helpful. I think I have spent my whole adult life underestimating sports massage, I can’t believe the impact from just one session. I’ve been having trouble with my knee / leg for well over 6 months, I had seen drs & was worried it was just something I was going to have to live with. Grace within minutes had found the cause and began treatment, she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and genuinely cares. Grace me feel comfortable and at ease throughout and I received a detailed aftercare plan to help between appointments. I’m so grateful I found her.
