My neck spasms after a flight - it makes returning home from a holiday even more miserable. Cher uses her specialist knowledge and massage therapy techniques and releases the tension in my neck, gets the lymph moving and makes it easier for me to move. This is the reason that, as soon as I can, she is my "go to" place after returning home. I feel she listens to me as an individual and tailors every session I have to my needs at that moment.
