My appointment was for 10.40am and I wasn’t seen until 11.05am so not happy about that. When I checked my emails I saw the confirmation email changed my time to 10.50am. As the email subject matter was ‘confirmation’ and not ‘change of time’ I didn’t take notice. Even with it being at 10.50am I was still seen 15 minutes late. Customers are told if they are late by 10 minutes or more they could lose their slot! Otherwise everything else was okay.

Got my toenails and fingernails done, and not the express choice so not only are nails looking excellent, it was relaxing and my skin on my feet and hands feels lovely.
