The Retreat Rituals

Wow!! Just wow!! I had an African head massage at Retreat Rituals today and what an experience! I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It was a whole new experience for me — calming, soothing and absolutely amazing. Ashleigh was lovely from start to finish and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I completely switched off and left feeling refreshed and like I’d had a proper reset. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be recommending Retreat Rituals to anyone who’ll listen! 😂❤️ Thank you, Ashleigh, for such a wonderful experience. I loved every minute! ✨

I’ve had head spas before, but this was my first time trying an African head spa and it was such a lovely experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt so relaxed and welcomed. The treatment was incredibly soothing, and you can really tell how much care and attention goes into every part of it. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed and pampered. The whole experience was amazing and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

What a feeling going in feeling soo stressed out with daily life and leaving feeling completely zen!! Ashley you’re a miracle worker and such a lovely person to talk away to. 1000% recommend her and will be back! My daughter also got a treatment and has already requested another appointment! I visited for the African head spa treatment it was one of the most beautiful, healing experiences I’ve ever had. Ashleigh was so knowledgeable. The massage was rhythmic, firm yet soothing — working into the scalp, neck, shoulders and temples. It melted away tension I didn’t even know I was holding! My scalp felt instantly refreshed, and afterwards my hair was so soft, shiny and strong I left feeling lighter, calmer, and my hair has never looked better. If you’re looking for self-care that’s rooted in tradition, natural, and truly transformative — this is it. I highly recommend.
