Hi, I’m a level 4 qualified sports therapist. Offering sports, deep tissue, Swedish and Hot stone massage. Based at Landmark House in Hook, Hampshire. I have a real passion for helping people to feel their best. I like to help ease muscle soreness and work out a course of action to provide longer term relief to a clients discomfort. I can offer advice on stretches and exercises that would help to regain range of movement in joints and muscles and aid a better quality of life.

Ali was able to see me at short notice, she immediately put me at ease and listened to me explaining my issue then acted accordingly. I’m not sure that I need another session but have booked one for next week just because I enjoyed it so much
