The first time you enjoy reflexology at Well & Good we go through a Client Intake Form to establish medical history and wellness, whilst your feet soak in a bath filled with detoxifying epsom salts and essential oils before working on the feet with organic, speciality made balms (locally made).  The total length of your appointment is 90 minutes.

Foot Reflexology: Initial (90min)

Whilst still working all of the systems of the body, follow-up foot reflexology treatments are more customised to your individual needs. This session begins with a foot bath filled with detoxifying epsom salts and essential oils before working on the feet with organic, speciality made balms (locally made). The total length of your appointment is 60 minutes.

Foot Reflexology: Follow-up (60min)

Follow-up foot reflexology treatments are more customised to your individual needs and this extra long session ensures you receive tailored treatment in an extremely deeply relaxed state. All of the systems of the body are worked. We begin with a foot bath filled with detoxifying epsom salts and essential oils before working on the feet with organic, speciality made balms (locally made).  The total length of your appointment is 90 minutes.

Foot Reflexology: Follow-up Long (90min)

Foot Reflexology

The first time you enjoy reflexology at Well & Good we complete a wellness consultation, to establish health history, whilst your feet soak in a warm bath filled with detoxifying epsom salts and essential oils. You will then enjoy a foot reflexology treatment (using organic, locally made balms), followed by an Advanced Facial Reflexology treatment.  A very restorative session, helping to nudge the body towards wellness and healing. 

Total appointment time is 105 minutes.

Please note - if you have been to Well & Good before for Foot Reflexology, please book in the "Follow-up" option (i.e. initial not required). 

Face & Feet: Initial (105min)

This beautiful treatment begins with a warm foot bath, filled with epsom salts and essential oils. You will then enjoy a foot reflexology treatment, using speciality organic (locally made) balms. We then move into an Advanced Facial Reflexology treatment.  A very restorative session, helping to nudge the body towards wellness and healing.  


Face & Feet (Follow-up, 90min)

Face & Feet Combined

Once comfortable on the treatment bed, we'll begin with cleansing of the face and removal with scented hot towels. Organic Rosehip Oil is then applied to ready the face for a beautifully restorative Advanced Facial Reflexology treatment, which includes gentle pressure on the specific reflex points of the face. 

Total appointment time is 60 minutes. If you have not visited Well & Good before, please allow an additional 15 minutes for a wellness consultation.

Initial foot reflexology voucher appointment which includes a 30min wellbeing consultation, foot soak in epsom salts and essential oils, and a 1hr foot reflexology treatment using speciality, organic, locally made balms. Voucher to be provided upon arrival. 

Foot Reflex VOUCHER (Initial, 90min). $140 value 

This is a follow-up gift voucher appointment (i.e. you have already experienced a Well & Good reflexology treatment before). Begins with a foot soak in epsom salts and essential oils, followed by a deeply relaxing foot reflexology treatment using speciality, organic, locally made balms. 

Foot Reflex VOUCHER (Follow-up, 60min). $100 value

A combined reflexology voucher appointment, which includes a wellbeing consultation whilst your feet soak in detoxifying epsom salts and essential oils. Followed by Foot Reflexology and Advanced Facial Reflexology treatments. Voucher to be provided upon arrival. 

Face & Feet Combo VOUCHER (Initial, 105min). $175 value

This is a follow-up voucher appointment (i.e. you have already experienced Well & Good before). Combined reflexology appointment which includes a detoxifying warm epsom salt and essential oil bath, followed by Foot Reflexology and Advanced Facial Reflexology treatments.
