Best massage l had. She hit all the right knots and now l feel like a new person. I highly recommend her to make you feel lighter and no more pain or tightness.

I’ve been going to Viva Reset every week for a while now and I’m really happy with the results. After many years of football, I’ve had ongoing issues with tight hamstrings, hips, groin, and general stiffness. I’ve tried different treatments before, but working with Viva has honestly made a noticeable difference. Since starting regular weekly treatments, I’ve definitely noticed better mobility, less tightness, and overall just feeling better in my body. I’m moving more freely and recovering better as well. I can highly recommend Viva Reset if you have long-term tightness, old sports injuries
