At TNF Wellness, we've created more than just a treatment and fitness space, we've created a sanctuary where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on your wellbeing. Inspired by nature, our venue is designed using calming greens, earthy tones, natural textures and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly helps you slow down, breathe deeply and relax. Every detail has been carefully chosen to create a space that feels warm, welcoming and restorative. Whether you're visiting for a neuromuscular therapy treatment, massage, fitness class, a breathwork or medication class or simply taking an hour for yourself, we want you to feel completely at ease from the moment you walk through our doors. Our aim is to provide an environment where healing, movement and self-care come together. A place where stress melts away, your body can recover, your mind can switch off, and you leave feeling lighter, stronger and more connected to yourself. Welcome to TNF Wellness, where nature meets wellbeing, and every visit is an opportunity to rest, restore and thrive.

Tamara is amazing at what she does. Everytime I go to her she is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what I need to fix whatever ache or pain I have! She is also just such a lovely soul and we have the best chats. Highly recommend.
