I love that my body is challenged with new exercises every time I go for a session! That I am taught the correct form so that I do not get injuries and my body benefits from what we are doing! I feel stronger and move better !!

I visited Aristos for severe neck pain — I couldn’t turn my head and had numbness in my left arm. He was incredibly gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. His professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He took great care of me, explaining every step clearly and adjusting the treatment to my needs. After just one session, I had a significant improvement. The studio was spotless and had a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Aristos to anyone needing expert physiotherapy!
