The Breathwork Workshop at Sapa Spa and Wellness is led by a dedicated practitioner, Christian Minson. Wellness workshops will take place in the Salt Chamber with zero gravity chairs to relax your back, you will get the maximum benefits of the Breathwork flow, dry salt therapy and the amazing zero gravity chairs. There’s no better way to ensure everything runs smoothly each month than by joining us for our Breathwork workshops. Here are the upcoming dates: April 11, May 9, Jun 13. Each workshop will last for two hours, taking place from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
