I had an amazing massage with Thomas this afternoon. I woke up with severe neck and back pain, and he worked hard to loosen up my stiff muscles. He was great at communicating what he was doing, and allowed me to relax and get the best benefit from the massage. I have already scheduled to go in for another massage. 

I did not like the person that did my massage. She didn't seem to care.

Clients might consider myofascial treatment after losing flexibility or function following an injury or if experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or virtually pain in any area containing soft tissue.

Massage pressure ranges from light to deep depending on client needs.

Myofascial Release

Pregnancy massage is a relaxing Swedish massage with consideration given to the safety and needs of mother & child. By the second trimester, all massage should be done with the mother in a side-lying position to keep pressure off of the vena cava. Supportive pillows with proper positioning at the head, side, and knees allows for a relaxing massage to loosen tense muscles and relieve aches. Please discuss the service further with your massage therapist.
