This time is also dedicated to answering any questions you may have about my 1:1 online programs. If we decide that we are a match we will schedule your first initial session in whichever modality(ies) you choose to get you started on your journey to living a happy, healthy, and vibrant life. Each consultation is non-invasive and rooted in holistic principles, combining nutrition, herbology, stress reduction, and targeted muscle testing. You’ll receive a full wellness evaluation, personalized guidance based on your blood type, three AO Scans with frequency corrections, and individualized insights for diet, supplements, and lifestyle. Sessions can address concerns such as low energy, digestion, circulation, fertility, mood, or hormonal balance. Delivered with warmth and expertise, this session provides practical tools and meaningful insights to support your healing journey.

How It Works

Muscle Testing – With your permission, I will remotely conduct muscle testing, a gentle, non-invasive technique that measures your body’s response to a wide range of foods.

Extensive Chart – Using a comprehensive food chart, I’ll identify which foods resonate most positively with your body and which ones may need to be avoided for now.
