Pop out for lunch and pop in for one of our Quickie Massages. These 15-30 minute massages focus on the head, shoulders and feet, where slow, long, pressured strokes are applied along pressure points to release tension and help you return to your day relaxed.

This massage is primarily known for its relaxing effects. With this technique, our Therapist targets muscles with a combination of soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. It also includes light movement, flexing and stretching of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, aches and pains, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. 

Soothing Swedish Massage

For our highly stressed and physically tired Babes, book this massage and give yourself the opportunity to melt away under the warmth of our smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. Basalt is an iron-rich type of rock that retains heat, and by placing it on certain parts of the body, it helps to relax the muscles and improve the circulation of the nervous system and the blood.

For a more soothing experience, at your request, the Therapist can apply pressure throughout your body using the stones.

Dreamy Hot Stone Massage

This ultra calming massage utilizes essential oils to focus on relaxation and calmness.  When applied during the massage, these soothing and lightly fragranced oils are inhaled by you and absorbed into your skin, providing you with an array of therapeutic benefits, both physically and mentally.

Calming Aromatherapy Massage

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the hands and feet. It is believed that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health. This stimulating massage will leave you feeling much more energized, rested and centred.

Relaxing Reflexology Massage

For our fit Babes, our gym Babes, our overall can't keep still Babes, this particular massage technique uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscles, deep below the surface.  Deep tissue massages are usually recommended for Babes who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury.  It is not uncommon to experience a light muscle ache for a day or two after receiving this massage. Deep tissue therapy sessions varies greatly.

Let's Get Deep (Deep Tissue Massage)

For the super busy Babes, take a break from your to do list and indulge in this soothing massage treatment. It includes a swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hand, head and foot massage, along with a combination of heated lava basalt stone which helps induce and promote a deep state of relaxation. Essential oils are also used to help calm your senses and balance and harmonize the body. Pressure can vary medium to deep.

Sugar Babe Signature Massage

Fragrant compresses infused with Thai herbs and spices are used to induce relaxation, relieve fatigue, improves skin texture through exfoliation, boost well-being, assist body alignment and improve circulation and lymphatic system function.

Coupled with relaxing Swedish massage techniques, this full body massage completely restores you from head to toe and is especially effective for those with poor circulation, tired and overworked muscles and stiff joints.

Additionally, enjoy a Glass of wine and a crisp bottle of water, complimentary with this service.

Thai Herbal Luxury Poultice Massage

Massage Therapy

This service can range anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. The wart and the area around it will be cleaned and numbed by your Therapist (Please let us know before hand if you're allergic to any numbing medicines, like novacaine, lidocaine, or epinephrine).

A Plasma Pen with a needle-like hot tip, is put on your wart and the heat burns away the skin cells around the wart.  The area around your wart may look charred (white and swollen) for up to 14 days after.

This service includes eyebrow shaping and brow lamination (a simple and pain free alternative to Microblading, which straightens the brows and gives the appearance of a fuller, bolder shinier brow) Lasts 4 - 6 weeks

Facial Sugaring

Sugar Babe can come in for a touch up ONCE within 14 days of her last brazilian/bikini appointment. This means that your next eligible touch up would then be within 14 days after your next brazilian.

Brazilian - All hair is remove from vagina and inner butt.
Basic Bikini - Hair is removed 2 inches away from the bikini line and the top of the vagina. Inner butt not included. Inner butt and labia not included.
Deep Bikini - Hair is removed 4 inches away from the bikini line and the top of the vagina. Inner butt and labia not included.

Brazilian Touch Up

Touch Ups (Brazilians and Bikinis Only)

This service is focused on helping to reduce hyperpigmentation,  ingrown hairs, brighten dark spots and improve overall skin appearance and health. It includes a steam, exfoliation, extraction, high frequency therapy, amongst other products and procedures. It can be done without a hair removal service, but it's better to enjoy when the skin is hairless as it absorbs the product better.

Vagina Facials

It's a facial for the underarm!
Includes a steam, exfoliation, high frequency therapy, amongst other things. This helps reduce darkness and ingrowns/clogged pores.


Underarm Facial

This is a facial for our Babes who struggle with dry, chapped, dark (smokers lip) lips. It will help get rid of dry chapped lips by providing cell regeneration, leaving you with smooth, plump, pink lips.

Lip Facial

A facial for your outer butt (butt cheeks), that helps with smoothness, hyperpigmentation and overall appearance. It Includes a steam, exfoliation, high frequency therapy, amongst other things.
