Massage

All first time clients will need to book an initial consultation. 
This is free of charge. 
This can be done via telephone call, video call or in person. 
This is so we can discuss your needs to tailor your treatment appropriately.

CBD oil massage. Can be combined with any of the massages offered.

 CBD massage can have specific benefits for mental health, including:

30 minute trauma massage, targeting the back, neck & shoulders. Gentle massage techniques to aid negative energy release and relaxation. Can be done with pre blended aromatherapy massage oils or with an unscented oil.

Guided imagery, bio feedback, progressive muscle relaxation, breathwork, self massage techniques 

Relaxation therapy

Energy healing working with the 7 chakras of the body. Reiki may be able to restore the flow of energy by healing and unblocking emotions stored in the body. Reiki can be done hands on or hands off depending in the choice of the client.

Reiki

Indian head massage is a more stimulating and invigorating massage. It is usually done seated and massage techniques are used on the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp, ears and face. Oil is traditionally used which can be pre blended aromatherapy or an unscented oil.

💆‍♀️Full body trauma massage. Therapeutic bodywork to help to regulate emotions and release negative energy from the body. The techniques used are gentler than traditional Swedish body massage so that there is no additional stress placed on the muscles. Gentle stretching and rocking techniques are incorporated, as well as using a yoga ball to help release tension and calm the nervous system. Trauma massage is done in a safe environment by a fully qualified counsellor 😌🩷

Thai foot massage has been associated with reducing stress by triggering relaxation responses in the body. Through targeted pressure on specific points, it encourages the release of endorphins, promoting relaxation and easing tension. Additionally, it can lower cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress. This combination helps to alleviate stress and its physiological effects, fostering a calmer state of mind.
