Spophies skill in customising a solution for my hair that has over last 2 visits allowed my broken rear hair to grow into the longer front without me having to sacrifice length, and yesterday using a technique to lift the colour of my hair skillfully by her knowledge of hair management, and increasingvthe shine. She is friendly, personable and professional and always managed front of counter enquiries quickly so they didnt walk away unsttended. Ive owned many small businesses myself and she is manager material in how she manages quickly and efgiciently talks.
