Rain is amazing and low key funny, you can tell he cares about his clients and very good at what he does. I actually learned a lot about hair from him! I love my cute perm!! He’s able to listen to clients but also still give informative suggestions to give you the best look! He speaks English too and can explain what’s suitable for your hair and what’s possible :) happy I found someone who’s great at digital perms
