I’m very nervous about getting my hair cut - I’ve had a fair few disasters over the years but Mel is lovely and very knowledgeable, so I felt very at ease after talking through my current issues with my hair and she was great at being very clear about what she was going to do. I am chuffed to bits with my haircut and I didn’t expect getting a plan for my hair going forward but I’m really excited for my next appointment to try something new!
