Clients describe their experiences with Malcolm as both calming and professional, particularly highlighting his patience during children's piercings. He takes the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring comfort for all, whether it's a first piercing or a more complex earwork piercing. The shop itself is noted for its cleanliness and friendly atmosphere, making it a welcoming place for anyone looking to get pierced.

My daughter had both Malcolm and Jordan do piercings for her at separate appointments and both were amazing. We will definitely be back for more. We will absolutely refer everyone we know!

Malcom was extremely sensitive to my fears of piercing a failed piercing from my past in the same spot. He also explained everything that he intended to do in the process of piercing my earlobe, carefully. And we also talked some outside of the piercing about different things which helped ease my fears as well. Just an overall great piercing artist and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is getting piercings and I will return to him as well for more piercings when I am ready. Overall AWESOME experience!! Ty Malcolm!!

Malcolm made my son's first piercing a great experience. Malcolm was a calming presence and communicated clearly with me and directly with my 11yo.
