Menos de um mês de treino e já sinto a diferença! Mais energia, mais disposição, respiração mais controlada e até a mente mais ágil. As aulas de Muay Thai, junto com o treino funcional/musculação, estão fazendo toda a diferença no meu condicionamento e bem-estar. Gratidão ao meu personal pela motivação e pelo acompanhamento de perto. Que venham os próximos passos! Nunca pensei que ia curtir tanto treinar, mas com um personal desses fica fácil!
