Lucy is so amazing!! She is super kind and patient throughout the session, making sure you understand how to move your body rather than rushing through exercises. I just finished my 8 week package with her, and I did not hesitate to sign up for another 8 weeks! This is my first time doing pilates, and I could not have asked for a better instructor ❤️

I started Pilates because my doctor recommended it for my lower back pain. Lucy has been amazing — she designs a program that fits my back condition perfectly, and you can really see how professional she is. Hoping that with consistency, my back will get better 🤍
