First time using Refined by Lou today. From beginning to end of the appointment I felt super comfortable at Lou’s. Was very clean and a relaxing atmosphere too. Another first was having classic lashes and I was a little worried but I actually love my lashes, they look so natural but bold at the same time.. & my brows look so good & shaped, absolutely amazing work from Lou. 100% recommend using Lou & I will definitely be returning!

Had such a nice experience getting a lash lift at Refined by Lou. A genuine warm and welcoming individual who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and happy with the treatment I was receiving. A very clean, well kept environment too, would absolutely recommend this place!

Great experience I was really happy with the results of my Korean lash lift. Lou was lovely and I found it really relaxing. Would definitely recommend 😊
