I wanted to update my previous review because I believe it’s important to be fair..After my initial negative experience, the manager Gabriela personally reached out to me, listened to my concerns, and genuinely wanted to make things right. She encouraged me to give the salon another chance, and I’m glad I did. This time, my lash appointment was with Jana, and she was absolutely amazing. She is highly professional, skilled, kind, and very attentive to detail. The entire experience was completely different, and I am very happy with the results of my silk lashes.
