Have found the treatment to be extremely informative in the manner of which I am working and bad habits that have formulated and need to be changed. Think it is work in progress and hopefully improvements will emerge. Thank you James 😊

James has solved a couple of long standing issues for me already. He has an amazing understanding of the body, always finding the route cause rather than a temporary relief.
