I’ve been having a problem in my shoulders neck and back, probably caused by sleeping badly, resulting in limited head twisting range of movement. I had a 45 minute sports massage today with Dominika and I have to say it was the best massage I’ve had. Her technique and understanding of the body was excellent. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. She talked to me about what she was doing and overall made me feel very relaxed, comfortable and worked through all my sore spots. The muscles felt more relaxed afterwards and I am hoping over the coming days I will see the full benefit. Thanks!
