Courtney was his usual 5 star self. I was impressed by the young apprentice. He did a nice job cleaning up before he sat me down, plus he partially swept around the chair besides mine that was still ‘in process’, then tidied everything up. He sat me down and then had a good conversation with me. Give him some praise for his initiative.
