Charlotte is an amazing young lady. She makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. She listens to what sort of style you want (that’s a challenge in itself) and gives you advice on how to achieve that and does her best to get that look. I have only been to Charl a few times but feel I have known for years. She is so friendly and can chat about everything. The hour flies in her company. She is everything a hair stylist should be. Don’t ever change.
