Bridget was incredible! It was my first session, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Her energy is so calm, it’s easy to relax and allow everything to flow and evolve as it should. Bridget is very skilled at helping you relax, tune in and do the work necessary to achieve great results. Therapeutic tears gently flowed as I released some deep-seated emotions. I felt lighter, more relaxed and dialed in afterward. I can’t wait to book another session! Highly recommend!
