She was fast and great to talk to. She communicated what steps she needed to take to achieve the closest possible outcome based on my goals and style preference (plus She was honest about the expectations of the color based on the first process since my hair is very dark). I love the style and color! I will be back at her chair in about 4 months!

I had a wonderful experience at NY Hair Company! My hair is quite difficult to handle, but Brandi was incredibly sweet, patient, and took all of my concerns seriously. She spent a lot of time thoroughly discussing different treatments and hairstyling options with me. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire appointment. Brandi also gave me amazing advice on how to maintain healthy hair at home. I highly recommend her! Thank you Brandi! 🙏💕
