Someone over 50 years ago told me I should try out modelling. . Now 50+ years later it’s finally come true. Lol Penteha will do very well with male waxing and I’m sure she will be a lot more relaxed without the teacher watching but I’m glad Anna was there to show her the proper technique’s. had a few laughs and a little PAIN what else could a guy ask for. Great job.

I had a fantastic first experience at The Waxing Strip Aurora! Anna provided both great service as well as multiple laughs. She made the whole experience comfortable and seamless. Great location. I look forward to returning.

I found the facial excellent Would have appreciated more relaxing music lowered lights and not to be used for training without being asked ahead of time If that was why it was on special should be transparent about that As it was not as relaxing to have all the talking going on The treatment results were great

Hi Tammy, I am glad to hear that you found the facial to be excellent with great results. I must apologize for not having asked ahead of time if my colleague could be in the room with us. The special was not intended for training, my email would always indicate if it was. It was a spur of the moment to bring her in since she had just had a cancellation and I always like to keep the staff up to date with procedures and techniques. Again I agree I should have asked for your consent. Regarding the lighting and music, we have been having some issues with the music system and will have it looked at. I did contact an electrician last week to have dimmers or separate switching installed to dim the lighting so that we can offer a fully relaxing facial. I will review the logistics and options once I receive the quote. Your feedback is appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you again.
