Alex offers a range of effective treatments, including sports massage therapy and MLD manual lymphatic drainage, which clients find transformative for their well-being. Many appreciate her extensive knowledge of the body, as well as the relaxing environment of her treatment room, complete with heated tables and soothing background music. As always I was made to feel very welcome. Alex is very knowledgeable on MLD Massage and has been a great help in getting some special compression socks. Thank you very much.

Alex is great at what she does, very knowledgeable & super friendly, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist, I have a sports massage but she offers other types of massage too.
