She asked me specific questions about what I wanted and how I’d like it and she listened to the length that I wanted and she understood that I wasn’t very comfortable with small talk. As the mother of the person who had her haircut, I can say that she talked about it all morning and how nice it is and how lovely the hairdresser was and how much she loves her hair
