I really enjoyed my experience. The environment was lovely, and I was very well looked after by everyone on the team. A special mention to Adriana Nicoletti, who provided excellent customer service. She was extremely friendly, professional and attentive, and explained everything to me clearly and patiently. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service!

I have only attended a consultation. only. It was a good experience and I was provided with lots of information, details, options and alternatives including treatment coats. Unfortunately it wasn’t explained clearly to me beforehand that the consultation is no charge only if I went ahead with booking a treatment. So the $100 came as an unexpected surprise to me at the end of the consult when I advised I would consider options and my budget before progressing further. It is good to know however that if I do progress to book a treatment, that $100 will come off the treatment cost.

I highly recommend Adriana! She’s a professional I haven’t encountered in a long time: attentive, patient, meticulous, and very sincere. Unfortunately, these basic qualities have become quite difficult to find lately. I hope the procedures she recommended will help me achieve my goals. But given her professionalism, I’m confident I’ll get the results I’m looking for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​😊
