⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience at Vanessa Charlotte Studios today! They were kind enough to fit me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. Diamond was absolutely brilliant! She was so lovely, patient and professional throughout. What I appreciated the most was how she listened to me, respected my preferences and allowed me to take the lead with the products I wanted used on my hair. She made me feel completely comfortable and never once made me feel awkward or difficult for having my own preferences. I left feeling so much happier about my hair. Thanks Diamond !
