Anti-aging collagen facial treatment 

Not suitable for anyone who suffers from acne, but suitable for all other skin types. 60 minute treatment included a coconut scalp massage. Super hydrating for both face & hair. Skin is cleansed, and exfoliated, then a delicate face wash is used. Fiji oil aromatherapy facial treatment is applied which is then followed by a facial massage. A hydrating aromatic mask is applied whilst you have a scalp massage. Eye cooling gel is applied. The treatment is then completed with serum and collagen cream, skin perfect, recovery balm or mattifying lotion. This facial will leave your skin feeling hydrated, deep cleaned and vibrant.

Aromatic facial treatment 

This facial is recommended for anyone with oily/dull complexion but is suitable for all skin types. Enriched with vitamin C the mask will help brighten, clear and reduce the visible signs of photo-aging. Brightening facial

Warm coconut oil will be applied & massaged into the whole body. You will then be cocooned up in a foil wrap.
You will then have a facial cleanse using the monuskin cleansing balm, massaging the facial contours. A warm compress will be applied to the face to leave you feeling relaxed.
A decollete & scalp massage to follow to leave you floating & de stressed.
Foil wrap will be removed and any remaining residue will be massaged into the skin.
It's not over yet....
You will the be turned over facing down, ready for a hot stone back massage.

This is a total must have pre holiday treatment. Get your body summer ready, whether that be for a cheeky spray tan or if you are going 'oh natural' and letting the rays work their magic, your skin will thank you and you will just love that even glow. 
Warm oil will be drizzled over your body and a light massage carried out before applying the scrub. Using Egyptian cotton candles that have been soaked in bees wax, these are placed carefully into the opening of your ear.  Pre covid this skill is usually taught in group classes over a 6 week period. I have condensed the sessions to teach the full routine in 60 - 75 mins (depending on how baby is feeling that day). I will guide you and show you how to massage baby safely so you can take this away with you and practice in comfort of your own home. I provide massage oil and a printable easy step by step guide for you to refer to if needed.

Deep tissue massage full body

Do you suffer from alot of pain, due to health issues such as arthritis, muscle aches from the gym/sports, maybe you have pain due to poor posture, tension build up,  causing knots/ blockages.

The heat from the stones help penatrate deep into the muscle to help loosen & relax those tight areas. Along with manual massage & heated stone massage it can aid relief from tension and painful joints.

Most clients in these situations book a deep tissue massage as they feel the pressure from a deep tissue is what they need to help relieve their pain. But I can only do so much sometimes it's successful 🙌  sometimes the issues lay much deeper and this is when I recommend hot stone therapy.
