Initial Consultation - Clinical Reflexology  - For NEW clients to allow time for consulation

A soothing and calming reflexology treatment aimed to help the body to relax, rejuvenate, calm, aid sleep, promote health and well-being.
This is 60 minutes appointment.

Relax and Rejuvenate 

6 x weekly sessions of Auricular Acupuncture - block booked in advance.

Auricular acupuncture is a treatment whereby very fine needles are placed at specific points in the ear. 
There are over 200 points where acupuncture can be used on the ears. 
Needles are so very fine they can barely be felt but the results can be life changing for some.
This treatment is very effective in managing the symptoms of cancer treatment - such as hot flushes, anxiety and pain. It is also transferable and effective in managing the symptoms of other conditions such as the Menopause.
For best results a course of 6 sessions over 6 weeks is advised.
For this treatment, clients sit upright in a chair.
This treatment is delivered by Sandy Ainsley, a popular and well respected therapist with 30 years experience and trusted colleague of Angela, owner of The Reflex Clinic.

Since then RLD has evolved into an extremely versatile tool for the reflexology tool box. 
Frequently used to help clients diagnosed with other non-cancer related, inflammatory autoimmune disorders 👣 

RLD is a treatment which people with lymphoedema, lipoedema and cancer can safely received and enjoy, without it causing them any discomfort or harm.

The Reflex Clinic B12 administer Hydroxocobalaminacetat 1500ug/1ml
injections. (Strong strength)

Vitamin B12 is an important B vitamin. It is crucial for nerve tissue health, brain function, and the production of red blood cells.

A deficiency or insufficiency can occur when levels of vitamin B12 become too low to meet the demands of the body. This can lead to a number of symptoms and can even progress to irreversible neurological issues if left untreated.

If you are aware you are not taking in adequate levels of B12 in your diet you may wish to supplement your diet with B12 injections. 

If you suspect you have B12 deficience, please seek medical evaluation from your GP.
