Hot Stone Massage -  40 minutes 

A pregnancy or prenatal
massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be. For many women, pregnancy massage benefits include easing aches and pains, as well as facilitating relaxation and preparation for labour. 
A pregnancy massage starts with a head, neck and shoulder massage then you will be asked to lay on your side for a back and bump massage. The bump massage is a very gentle and light pressure, some women prefer their bumps not to be touched, this is absolutely fine too, I would just concentrate on your back for longer. 
The massage lasts about 35 minutes, for comfort, I wouldn’t recommend longer than that because it’s a long time to lay still.
