I appreciate that Jenna was honest with me after her assessment and she took her time to explain what was the issue and how I can proceed to get help. This experience made me feel that she truly cares and genuinely wants to help persons that walk through her door.

Enjoyable with minor hurts. But this is standard when having a facial service

I rarely leave reviews, and honestly, I'm hesitant because this place feels like a hidden gem. I've been to skincare clinics all over Trinidad and even overseas, and DermLab is easily in my top three. Jehanna was warm, welcoming, and professional. The service exceeded my expectations, the products were excellent, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. They deserve every bit of praise, even if part of me wants to keep this place a secret! — G G
