Based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing systems, Indie Head Massage (also known as Indian Head Massage) is a form of massage which focuses on the muscles and connective tissues of the neck, face, scalp, upper back and shoulder area.

The methods used, which originated over 100 years ago in India, are both soothing and invigorating.

Reiki is the understanding that everything in our natural world is composed of Energy, and that it is not limited nor restricted by distance. In this virtual session, Energy is effectively channeled to the client from a distance to clear, align and restore harmony and balance. Like in-person sessions, clients have noted radiating sensations of warmth, soothing waves of energy flow, full release of tension of the mind and body. Following the session, a transcript will be provided outlining what was observed energetically during the treatment

DISTANCE REIKI SESSION

A stress reducing, deep relaxation treatment, in which Energy is channeled to client through the hands to over 30 Energy centers throughout the body, including the Chakras. Offering healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, clients are left feeling relaxed, aligned and restored. The use of Crystals is included in the treatment as an energetic aid to the balancing of the Chakras.

REIKI HEALING SESSION with crystals

In this condensed Reiki Treatment, we will be focusing on the alignment and clearing of the Chakras. Energy is channeled to the client through a combination of hands-on & hands-off methods while in a comfortable seated position. Afterwards, we can discuss what was observed intuitively during the session.
