O aplikaci
I am certified Pilates Teacher with over 20yrs experience in the fitness industry. I offer private sessions from 4.30pm at my studio located in Golden bay. I specialise in spine health and pelvic floor, I love teaching the methods of Pilates utilising the spine corrector, reformer, wunda chair and classic mat exercises. I currently work at Miami Physiotherapy in clinical Pilates small group sessions and private for rehabilitation and levels from beginners to advance. NDIS approved!
