Appointments will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received. Late Policy * 10-minute grace period * 15+ minutes late: $20 late fee * 20+ minutes late: Appointment may be cancelled * Cancelled due to lateness: $40 rebooking fee Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are forfeited for late reschedules and cannot be transferred. No Call, No Show No-call, no-show appointments will result in a banned from future bookings. Outside Business Hours Early morning appointments incur a $35 convenience fee.
