I cannot say enough wonderful things about Regan at Soften. My lymphatic massage appointments with her have become something I genuinely look forward to. They are a moment of peace in my week, a chance to slow down, breathe, and feel cared for. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and happier than when I arrived. Regan goes above and beyond in a way that is hard to put into words. From the moment I walk in, she makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Ashlee is a fantastic therapist. She fosters a safe and comforting environment, and as someone who is neurodivergent and carries a lot of tension, this really helped me get the most out of my treatment. Ashlee was very informative and responsive to what I wanted out of the session and helped me formulate a treatment plan going forward. I’ll definitely be back!
