Mark is a fabulous massage therapist. I did his hour long deep tissue for some serious knots and sports injuries. He is super passionate about the body and his anatomical knowledge and PT experience was just what I was looking for as he knew exactly what to work on and talked me through each new part of the session. Very grateful for his good work. Thank you Mark!

After weeks of seeing chiropractor then physio, Mark relieve my neck pain in one 45 min session. A fantastic result and will definitely continue to see him for general well being and maintenance.

Fabulous knowledge, really got into the muscles and has definitely released a lot of pain from my lower back, which was caused by my glutes . My back feels brand new .
