1:1 Reformer Pilates lesson with Kayci at her home studio. Tailored for post natal recovery. 
Please consult with a GP, midwife or healthcare specialist to obtain specific approval to participate in this Reformer Pilates programme before booking. You must be cleared to exercise at your post-birth check up and await 10 weeks post C-section and 6 weeks post vaginal delivery to book in a lesson. 
You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire prior to your lesson to ensure that the class is safe for you to participate and suitable to your needs. 

Private Reformer Pilates Lesson (Post Natal)

1:1 Reformer Pilates lesson with Kayci at her home studio. Tailored to those who are pregnant. Lessons will vary depending on trimester. 
Please consult with a GP, midwife or healthcare specialist to obtain specific approval to participate in this Reformer Pilates programme before booking. 
You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire prior to your lesson to ensure that the class is safe for you to participate and suitable to your needs. The pre natal lessons are suitable for all "low risk" pregnancies.

1:1 Reformer Pilates session with Kayci at her home studio. Tailored to beginners starting out their Reformer Pilates journey. 

You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire prior to your lesson to ensure that the class is safe for you to participate and suitable to your needs. 

Private Reformer Pilates Lesson (Beginner)

1:1 Reformer Pilates Session with Kayci at her home studio. Tailored to those who are more confident and familiar with Reformer Pilates. 

You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire prior to your lesson to ensure that the class is safe for you to participate and suitable to your needs.
