Rachel Armstrong is a qualified MSK Rehabilitation Specialist with a passion for helping people reclaim their pain-free lives. Graduating with a 1st class honors in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation in 2023, Rachel kickstarted her business during her studies and has since built a loyal clientele. Specialising in treating musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, chronic or acute pain, Rachel employs a diverse range of techniques to restore movement and enhance overall wellbeing.

For your 45 minute appointment, you can choose between a full body MOT or focus on specific areas that require attention. The massage therapist will tailor the session to meet your needs and goals. The deep tissue massage will involve applying firm pressure to target deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to address your musculoskeletal pain. 

*Please note that exercises tailored to specific pain/injury will not be provided. For custom exercises and assessments, we recommend booking an MSK Assessment/Follow-up session.*
